Where's the T-38?

Okay so I see this Tribute F-5 in the FSX military page posted by Jeff Natividad and I download it thinking it has a T-38 with it since that's all the caption talks about and the thumbnail shows what appears to be two T-38s. The file is even called T-38_or_F-5.zip. But there's no T-38....? Am I missing something here?

Without downloading it to check I suspect it's an F-5B masquerading as a T-38. The two aircraft are very similar.
