What aircraft have you been unable to find after a long search? There may be an answer!

Just wonderin if anybody is aware of a nice 337 with VC ?  I no longer enjoy flying a panel around with no wing views , etc.
Thanks ,
Jamie

Jamie,

FSD has a nice 337 with a very detailed VC that is originally designed for FS9, but it also can be used in FSX (with a few minor issues using Acceleration/SP-2). The plane is scheduled to get upgraded using the FSX modeling tools sometime in the coming year.

Regards,
Robert

I would at least upgrade to FS2004 ::) then you can get Mike Stones Cessna 337/O-2 8-) then add the updates and one of the Zlin sound files that to me sound as close to a real Skymaster as you can get and it's one great airplane.

Hi Jet Black1 ,

A wonderful e-mail friend of mine in Finland programmed my airport for me for FS2002 and have just stayed with this sim , but it might work in FS2004  .
I no longer fly out here cause I'm gettin old , but owned two Skymasters in the past and did love those planes .  One peculiarity was that I was told to ( on takeoff ) always advance the throttle to the rear engine first to make sure it was running !!!   Was a nice plane and really took this rough ground beautifully .  The in-line thrust was a very good idea and one felt far more comfortable on takeoff .
Thanks for the suggestion and shall eventually give it a try .
Thanks ,
Jamie
