Bear Bomber

What aircraft have you been unable to find after a long search? There may be an answer!

Bear Bomber

Any good TU-95 Bear bombers for FSX? I found one for FS2004, but it wasn't really compatible.

I'm afraid that I don't know of any for FSX, but incase these FS2004 ones were not the ones you tried, I guess it wouldn't hurt to find out if they work:

tu95ms.zip by Vladimir Zhyhulskiy

and, not a bear, but it's the closest good quality thing I can find:
install_tu126.zip by Samdim. (needs Tu-114 package)

Both at Avsim.

I got the one by Vladimir Zhyhulskiy, it looks good for FS2004 but unfortunately doesn't work very well in FSX.

Yep, good timing by Samdim with this release. See this thread:

The one from Vladimir Zhyhulskiy is the one and only with a virtual cockpit. Sandim has made very recently a new Bear, but it has no VC unfortunately.

The first one will display correctly in FSX. The only problem will be incompatible gauges. However, it may be possible to replace them with gauges from the Tu-114, which are XML and work perfect in FSX.
