What aircraft have you been unable to find after a long search? There may be an answer!

Could anyone make a Mirage F.1EQ-500 Series skin in the colours if the Islamic Republic of Iran Air Force? There aren't many Iranian aircraft (models or skins) in Flight Simulator. This would be for Kirk Olsson's Mirage F.1C.
