can someone make a Mil Mi-24 D/E "Hind" add on for FSX

Have you tried the FS9 model we have here at SimV?

Oh and please don't link images as it is not allowed at SimV as clearly stated in the sign-up page. It slows the forums down for other users. Please upload all images to the SimV server ;)
