Fire Fighting Wide bodies FSX

What aircraft have you been unable to find after a long search? There may be an answer!

Fire Fighting Wide bodies FSX

I forgot about it until the other day when it landed with a blown hydraulic transfer valve and spilling skydrol all over the place.

But Evergreen has a modified 747-200 nose loader, that was converted into a Supertanker for putting out fires, granted no one has hired them to put out the fire in Cali yet, go figure.

N470EV  with 947 written in red on the tail:

And the DC-10 that was used once this week, with great success, but hit a few tree tops on the pull up:

Ah, Tanker 910. Lovely bird, seen footage of her in action. Sorry mate, the closest you will get is a texture of the Evergreen 747 tanker (and then you can add some red retardant effects) and DC-10s are already hard to find, Tanker 910 will be EXTREMELY hard to find. No textures for any DC-10 out there yet I believe..same deal with Evergreen though, add some red retardant effects to a DC-10 should you find one (the SGA one is the best free one out the). ;)

I have never seen Tanker 910 before yesterday on CNN as it was being used.

If I knew how, I would try and paint them both my self, but I need to get with the guys on HJG part of Simviation, and see how they but all the little details on the plane, like the 6 water holes on the back bottom of the 747, and the long pod thing on the DC-10, that way there is a nice quality plane for every one, not just a repaint.

I would not even try and do the fire retardants, until there is an add on for a water bomber plane, and then see if you could copy the file from that to the to Jumbo Jets.
