I have the FS2004 9.1 upgrade but i get a message about it messing my scenery up or somthing. i habe a lot of scenery and texture add on things. What do i do?

The link for the "FS2004 Update" I gave is to update the aircraft so it will work with FS2004 (it's designed for FS2002). You don't have to install the FS 2004 9.1 update for the aircraft to work. I don't know whether the 9.1 update actaully does mess up your scenery as I've never installed it ( for much the same reason).
