Best freeware cigar?

What aircraft have you been unable to find after a long search? There may be an answer!

Best freeware cigar?

Postby JSpahn » Sun Jun 03, 2007 6:54 pm

Hello,

I hate to ask this question because its probably been asked a million times. SORRY. Some of you might know I have been putting together parts to build a cockpit. Its gonna be based on a generic civil pit.

POSKY seems to be the most together as far as freeware civil jets? What in your opinion are the best small, medium, & large freeware cigars out there? Im looking for visual detail but most important flight dynamics.

Basically I want to limit FS to these jets for the interm until the funds are available for a set of payware jets.

I am a personal fan of the POSKY CRJ-200 and CRJ-900 in the small jet category.  For the best medium jet I am very partial to the 737 experience.  That can be downloaded here at http://www.simviation.com/fs2004jets141.htm.  The best large is tough with so many great freeware planes in the area.  I personally like the Meljet 777 for its external model.  Their website is http://www.meljet.com.  I also would have to say though that anything from POSKY is very well built.

If you want some busses then go over to iFDG at www.ifdg.net , they have great models and dynamics of the A318, 319, 320, 321 and even they do a 757 if im not mistaken and an MD-11 which i also like.

Take a peek, other than that Meljet 777 and 747, iFly 747 and posky are your best friends.

Cheers

Thanks guys for the awesome suggestions. I have been using the iFDG A320 for some time and its excellent, ill have to find a good panel for this since it uses the default 737! Ill try out the meljet 777 tonight and the 737 experience is awesome! POSKY's 757 seems ok but the ATA textures load slowly on my system?

So far the 737 experience is my fav!
