Where can I find high-quality WWII Warbirds with a VC? I would really like a Spitfire, P-51, P-40, P-38, Hurricane, and a few German ones, cant remember the name at the moment. Bf-109 I think. I haven't been able to find any with VC's here.

P-38: Search for David C. Copely, his P-38s are some of the best planes you can get for FS.
P-40? There is a donationware one at donationware.net

I can't readily speak for the rest of the sims because I've never even thought of cycling through cockpit views (except between cockpit and chase views). However, there is a virtual cockpit view for all of the stock CFS1 planes: Spitfire MkI, Spitfire MkIX, Hurricane MkI, Bf109e, Bf109g, Fw190a, P47d razorback and P51d. I don't personally care for the virtual view so I haven't tried referencing it in add-ons (in the panel.cfg).
