Twisted gear Jetblue

Would anyone be able to make a model of the Jetblue aircraft that had thre twisted gear? Or maybe cannibalise another Jetblue and add a twisted gear model, with effects?

Or, is it possible to seperate the nose wheel and rudder controls? then you could just turn the nose wheel before you touch down and not have it affect your flying.
