custom repaint

im looking for a reapainter to make a coustom paint for our VA we want it to be black with flames starting near the wings and the letters VDT  in  bold silver letters on the T-38 on http://www.simviation.com/fs2004military17.htm

right behind the wings and all theway around the body kind of like the sunbirds f-16 paintjob

Cant put textures on upper fuse as they stretch over. So i've done the best i can with the sides.
