making my own plane

How do I make my own plane by which I mean design it with its own company example:  United, Southwest, Delta, etc.

So you want to have an existing aircraft (like the default 747) with a livery (airline paint scheme) such as AA, Southwest, etc?

You want repaints.  For most aircraft like that, there are probably already repaints available out there somewhere.  Try doing searches on multiple websites using terms like "747, American Airlines" or "737, Southwest".  That will most likely take you to what you want.
