However, I have that already. I downloaded the Continental textures that Peter123 had with his screenshots, and I got the textures now. I have moved them into the planes texture folder, but I have a plane white plane.
I am doing something wrong, yet I can't place my finger on what I am doing wrong.
Anyone care to help out a confused young whippersnapper?
I assume this is in FS2002 or FS2004, both allow you to have multiple textures for an aircraft. Here is a little tutorial thatDoug made that walks you through it. http://www.simviation.com/lair/Repaint2002.htm
It's the same process, just in the DC-10 your working with.
I have downloaded the base pack I have downloaded the textures I delete all textures in base pack. I move the textures to the base pack textures folder. I got Peter123 to send me the Aircraft.cfg and put it in my Dc10-30 folder replacing the old one.
In the aircraft.cfg, the texture folder is just normally called 'texture' by default, and is blank in the .cfg file (e.g. texture= ). If your texture folder has extra identifying characters e.g. texture.continental or texture.1, then in the cfg file, the reference would be texture=continental or texture.1.
