Midway Airlines

If someone could, I would either like a MD-87 or 737-200 in the old red & white Midway Airlines' colors.

A Midway 737-200 can be found at http://www.avsim.com/hangar/utils/yeodesigns/732V2.htm[url][/url].  I am not sure if it is in Midway's Red or Yellow colors though.
