Ok. I can't say nothing any more.
First the model aircraft is always issued in alphabetical order. A B C D E etc.
Secondly. The B-52 NEVER saw a TF-33 engine till the g and h model. The a through F model used the Prat&Witney J57-24 series engines. It was the straight turbo jet. NO FANS. Hence the black smoke from the approximately 24 seconds of water injection.
Third. All 52's a through F used the higher vertical stabilizer, not the shorter found on the G & H models.
Now I DO KNOW what I am talking about as I worked KC-135's and B-52- from the B model through the G model, and every model in between. Just wanted everyone to be aware on the B-52's.
