Not sure about anybody else but i have grown tired of the reversed position of the landing light.  So i spent a bit of time learning some xml and corrected the default cab file for the b737-800. I uploaded it here and it is very simple to install.  hope some get some use out of it. it cured a few issues for me as the VA i run we have to have landing lights off before 10K and on after decending through 10K.. A backwards switch was costing us some points.
