Create Islands or reshape them in FSX

Working on WW2 airfields in the Solomon Islands. Have found that some Islands are missing or their shape is not correct in FSX . Is where a way to reshape these Islands, and is it possible to create the missing ones?

FWIW, there has already been a reworked WWII Solomon Islands package;
