What do these numbers mean?

I've added a workable yoke to my King Air C90B panel using the original numbers below.
gauge00=CesYoke!CesYoke, 68,115,415,330
It's a little up above and to the right where you can see the hole. While I can move it down with the mouse, I was wondering how to set up the numbers where it will fit in the proper position.

The first two numbers (68,115) are the X and Y coordinates of the upper left corner of the gauge, in millimeters (? according to Microsoft), on the panel.
The second two numbers (415,330) are optional and are the width and height of the gauge, in millimeters (?).
To move it down increase the Y coordinate (115).

If you're not sure which is which, do what I do. Change one variable and see what happens...

That's easy: x -axis is horizontal, y-axis is vertical
