How can I change an ILS frequency and ident in FS9? I tried to change it in AFCAD editor but only frequency it can be change. I tried to change APxxxx file also without any success. Any suggestion about it?

Basically you can't.  It is not possible to remove ILS (or other navaids).  The best you can do is to physically move the unwanted ILS out of the way (I think in FS9 you could move it as close as allowed  to the North or South Poles.  Then add a new one with the correct Ident

...mmm...well that's right you can't change STOCK airports in this way....

What about making a totally new airport/afcad which could be made to fit exactly over the stock one but with the frequency, ID etc of your choice and use that instead of the default?

Frequency is indeed editable as is the location but the Ident is not as far as I know.
