i want to add the actual papi light where can i get one and how can i put into a format to insert using runway 12 See image below or highper link

I'm assuming you mean you would like to have the actual item shown in the image somewhere on the runway?  If that is the case, and you want to do it using Rwy12, you would have to create your own library for the program.  That's a highly intensive process that can cause all your hair to turn gray and then fall out (like Greg's! ), which is accomplished sort of like this:

Create the object in Gmax or FFDS
Export to a certain spot
Create an XML file with certain attributes
Create the image files for the Rwy12 and the object itself
Manage to not screw the pooch
Import to Rwy12
Make magic happen

. . . or something like that.  It's a real pain to do, but I can send you a tutorial if you would like some help.
