Final Concorde landing scenery

I need a scenery maker thingy that can do something for my movie i'm making.

Rember when Concorde Landed at Filton on its last flight and there was loads of people crowed around the end of the runway well I wanted to know if someone could do that for me or if someone could show me a softwere which can do that.
