Scenery Macros

Ive just started adding scenery items to airports with the file "04ScenPk" and i decided to download some scenery macros to add to my object library.  How do add these plugin files that are in these downloads?

I'm not familiar with the above mentioned program, i've only used Airport and FSSC which use .api macros.
