When I create a road in AFW 3.0 I see the roads but parts of it disappear like a section is cut out.  Is it because it is going through different altitudes?

Also can you edit the existing scenery.  Like move a road or river to the correct spot.

I recommend Scenery Builder (sb205) for both the roads and scenery mods. The roads are drawn as VTP lines, and depending on which VTP value you use (roads being usually VTP level 5 or 6), it might help to cut through any scenery where it doesn't show.
