Hello I have look for tutorial for XML gauges...cannot find on this site. Is good lesson somewhere?

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.

Go jump to the
FFDS (Free Flight Design Shop) forums, register and take a look at their "XML Parts" section. Tons of usefull stuff, and you can ask all sorts of questions and get all sorts of answers. The forums are set up just like SimV's, so you'll be able to navigate real easy.
