Hi pilot
The first thing you would need to do is to create the houses in gmax (see the gmax tutorials for some help doing that If you need any) I also think you will need to know the exact co-ordinates.
Sorry I couldn't help you more but apart from that im not sure because I havn't actually designed and placed scenery for flight sim....yet altough i've been thinking about it for a while.

Hi Pilot
As you know you create an object in Gmax and you use this to create what is described as a macro .mdl object that can be placed in FS9.
There is no one way of placing objects, there are a few ways.

It might be FSconnect.dll so check what is said in the object placer guide/readme file. I cannot remember of the top of my head what is used but that file should tell you what you need and were to get it and were to place it (usually FS9/Modules).
FS connect enables other progam you are like object placer and AFCAD to know were you are in FS.
For example in placing a macro in FS9 you would open up the airfield in FS, slew(Y) to the place to the put your macro, tab out or swicth to Object placer and press the 'read from FS' botton which would insert the Lat and Long co-ords for you. Then you would select the macro to be placed and press the 'place object' botton.
Trust this helps and sorry if there is any minor errors, but doing this from memory.
Britt
