Copying...Information may be lost...

When I copied my aircraft and Gauges files before having my hard drive cleaned out and xp and FS9 reinstalled I got some messages saying to the effect that information may be lost ect.  All my default aircraft work seamlessly except the aircraft I copied. The copied aircraft get good frame rates but a bit jerky on the screen. I wonder what information they were talking about and if that may be the problem? Wildie.
