Texturing a polygon

Postby Bourgoignie » Fri Feb 11, 2005 1:56 pm

Hi,
I am searching how to texture a polygon for a wake by a ship. Using Airportforwindows 2.6. I don't see the wake at all (in a corner a little bit).
I see also that the bmp wake starts at the wrong side... must I simply reverse this bmp ?
Thankx anyway. Jos

Hi,

Sorry, was forgotten to view my topic...
Meanwhile I was able to texture a polygon, but now there is the question of resizing so that the wake shows up large enough for the aircraft carrier.
This wake shows up in the display 4 times. I think that I must make a part larger or... repaint it larger and fill up the gaps in Paint Shop Pro (as the author said).
However, this carrier is scenery and do not sail. Add a wake is rather  usefull to orientate the pilot approaching the carrier.
Otherwise making an animated wake would be nice too.

I will search further. Jos
