I am adding some new views to several planes. How can I make the windows really see thru so I can look outside. I use original photo's so there must be a way, I hope, to make the windows transparent.

Any part of the image which is pure black (rgb:0,0,0) will not appear in flight simulator.  Paint the windows of the image black and you'll be able to see through them.
