Ok, Heres the deal. I have downloaded M98To BGL. I have used it but I do not know how to get the files into FS9. Others have succesfully done it. What am I doing wrong. First, what file to I save the conversion as: api, bgl, sca, what? Then after I get the file what do I do? In other words, How do I get a plane into flight simulator as scenery? :D

Here, get Airport at www.airportforwindows.com and right-click where you want to put the plane into the parking lot and select 'Create Dynamic Object'. Choose the plane and choose it's movement. This is the best I could do. Sorry if it doesn't help. But you might be talking about AI traffic, which is out of my limits. :'(

There's 2 basic options in MDL2BGL. You can either save the converted aircraft as separate standalone BGL files or API static object macros. The BGL files can be installed & activated from the Scenery Library like any other 3rd party scenery. There is an option to create a line of aircraft of the same type in various positions. API macros can be imported into a conventional scenery design program like Airport or FSSC & placed wherever you wish in a new or existing scenery area. I don't think it's possible to use MDLtoBGL for creating dynamic scenery objects.
