The project is The Pier in St. Petersburg, Fla. As you can see, it is about 90% done. The only thing it realliy lacks is a few small outbuildings, the railing around the fishing piers, and textures. I started this a few months ago to expirement with Gmax, I'm devoting so much time to another project that I hate to see it fall by the wayside. Free to a good home... :)
