Hey, i have some sounds such as cabin announcments/checks etc. And would like to build a panel which will incorperate buttons which can be clicked to make these play. Are there any programs suitable for this task?

FSPANEL DESIGN STUDIO
will allow to to design and build panels including xml Gauges
But is is payware.
CFG edit will do the same thing but will not show XML gauges nor allow you to edit them. But it is free

Download anncgau.zip.  Although the page is in Portugese the instructions and sounds are in English.  This file is also available in the AVSim library.
