I tried creating my own airport, and I was finally able to get it to show up properly in the simulation, but I haven't been able to get it to show up in the airport directory.  Does anyone know what I have to do to make it show up; also, is it possible for ATC to acknowledge my field as an airport, or is this asking too much?  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

Airman. The FSSC AFD BGL does not work with FS9. You can add a Menu Entry instead. (Right-click New Misc Object/Menu Entry.) This will display from the "Search add-on scenery" option on the FS9 airport menu. You can add the other entries with AFCAD.
