exporting from gmax
Posted: Sun May 23, 2004 9:55 amwhen i export from gmax, it does not give me the option of a .X file, instead it is a .P3D! How do i fix this? 
First of all, what sim are you building a model for?
If you are working towards an FS2002 model, give this a read and see if it helps.

If you are working for FS2004 you should download and install the Gmax Gamepak SDK which you can get from here:
