Browser-based panel design tutorial

Postby greekydeke » Sun May 16, 2004 4:55 pm

I need six volunteers to evaluate a couple of sections in a panel design tutorial I'm getting ready to upload.  I need three relatively new simmers to evaluate Lesson Two ("The Basics") and three intermediate level simmers to evaluate both Lesson Two and Lesson Ten ("Understanding XML Gauges").  The tutorial has an accompanying workbook, so you would need to read the lesson(s) and then do the workbook exercise(s).  The tutorial is browser-based.

Beginners should have IE 5.0 or higher (or Netscape equivalent), and Flight Simulator 98 or higher.  My guess is that it will take about 30 minutes or so to do the lesson and workbook exercises.

Intermediates have to have IE 5.0 or higher (or an equivalent XML-enabled) browser), and either Flight Simulator 2002 or Flight Simulator 2004.  My best guess is that it will take about two hours to complete the lessons and workbook exercises.

If you'd like to volunteer to help out, please send me an email and I'll send you the zipped files and evaluation instructions.  Email me at:  pdtoot@comcast.net

Thanks/regards,
