Martin Wright's CFS2 GSL Tools

Where do I get these tools? I've seen them used in a BOB CFS2 scenery package I downloaded and would like to have a go at creating my own scenery with them. I've looked on Martin Wright's website. Have I missed something?

I don't know these tools. What does GSL stand for? You could mail MW. He's a very helpful chap.
