Here's the second one, it's a 40 meter LOD ( Level of deatail ) 9 mesh, now i really know what i'm doing with it

thanks to your other topics bout terrain meshing and the links from Hagar to the usgs site, i too have now dabbled in the ways of terrain meshing. i did a 3x3 area of Las Vegas and Lake Mead and it looks outstanding down low. i would recommend doing this for any area that you fly VFR on a regular basis (except Alaska  :'( because the usgs link doesnt provide mapping from near anchorage and north). anyways, thanks for bringing all of this to my attention!
