I don't know, but there is a program called Ground2K4 which can place Ground texture tiles. Im afraid I can't check as I don't have a computer at the moment but Im sure it is possible to put your own texture slab into FS using this. It can also create mesh but without creating any custom mesh it can just put textures over the default scenery. Let us know how you get on if you try it!

I just downloaded a program called "photo scenery maker 1.2.1", haven't had a chance to try it but it says it'll do just what you want it to. Good luck.

If you don't have a computer at the moment, how is it possible that you are able to make that post?

A computer which will do anything at a decent enough speed! Of coarse that wouldn't stop me coming here!
I have had my computer working for a while now and hopefully tomorrow the beast in my signiture should be coming.

I downloaded the program "photo scenery maker 1.2.1" also, but I don't seem to understand it.
I can export with whatever BMP file I choose. I understand that. But what I don't understand is how are you suppose to line up the BMP file that you selected?
From what I see, Coastline Maker is better because I want to create my own custom coastlines for my home city [Miami]. I want to fix some things in that area.
I'll give it a shot with Ground2k4.
