???
I have installed the Flight Simulator Scenery Creator and intend to use it for CFS2. However i want to build a European airfield for our squad. I have the long/lat values etc...BUT when i place a building there are no European buildings.So...How do i import the CFS1 buildings (control tower and the like) into the Flight Simulator Scenery Creator for use in the building of European airfields? Cheers

Goose. Do a search for Ralf-J Triebel's API macros. Should be posted somewhere on the SimV Scenery sections. Here's his home page. http://www.combatflight.de/

PS. MW's site is always worth checking out. http://www.mnwright.btinternet.co.uk/index.htm

Hi,

Another option is to use a program such as Easy Object Designer by Matthias Br

Martins' collection is called CFSApi11.zip, available here:

http://www.mnwright.btinternet.co.uk/cf ... htm#CFSApi

It is all or most of the CFS1 Mission Builder infrastructure objects made into api macros for use with scenery design programs such as Airport and FSSC.

As far as I recall they worked just fine. I used them once, extensively in a series of WWI airfields I made for a Spanish Civil War project.

Cheers,
Chris

I checked out the link to http://www.combatflight.de/  mentioned further up this thread and it seems ideally suited to what you aim to do.

Looks an outstanding resource - almost tempted to start developing some cfs2 scenery on the stregth of it... ;-)
