Posted: Mon Aug 25, 2003 4:49 pmCFS3 does not feature a conventional 2D panel like the other M$ sims. As I understand it the panel (DVC) is part of the visual model. In this case it wouldn't be possible to edit it or design a new one without the source file for the aircraft.
