Does anyone know how i can texture custom signage and insert it into a *bgl file created in the built in ed?
Does anyone know whether AA Ack placed in the ED will
fire, or can be made to fire in a mission?
And finally, can SOMEONE tell me what 'Airport' is for, how good it is, and where (if) i can download it.
Thanks, Dan ;D

Dan. To use custom scenery objects in the CFS1 onboard scenery editor you would need to compile a library BGL file. This is quite complex & I've never had any success with it.
If the scenery is for use in missions it's best kept basic like the default airfields. IMHO
Then use the same library objects in the mission instead. Unlike the scenery objects/macros, mission objects will show damage & the AA guns will fire.
Airport is a scenery design program (similar to FS Scenery Creator which I prefer) posted in the SimV Scenery Design section. Both are used for creating conventional scenery for all MS sims. As with all utilities it's a good idea to check the developers' sites for latest versions & updates

If anyone out there can give me the CFS Airport homepage URL i would be very pleased! I can't find it, and SimV's Scenery Tools page 1 download doesn't seem to be working properly... >:(

Here's the link to the SimV Scenery Design page.
http://www.simviation.com/fsdesign_scenery1.htmIt works fine for me.
Airport home page.

http://fssc.avsim.net/These are general scenery design programs for all M$ sims, not specifically for CFS.
