Posted: Sat Aug 02, 2003 10:30 amTake some time..study the syntax of a panel.cgf file and experiment editing it using WordPad. Then play around with some of the background bitmaps using Pixia (free download).
With those two tools, you can do almost anytning to a panel..including designing one from scratch. All for free (excluding your time)..Plus it's fun.
