My fellow flightsimers,

My name is Nick Karatzides and I'm a flying officer for Hellenic Air Force. I also make FS2K2 aircraft repaint creations and panels for our hobby. You can find my creations in the most known FS file libraries.

Today, come to my attention that a package named as FS2002 Reims F-406 Caravan II Twin Turboprop presenting an FS2002 panel for Reims F-406 Caravan II turboprop aircraft uploaded to SimViation.com (link: http://www.simviation.com/fs2002panels23.htm) by a THIEV DIRTY SHAMELESS BASTARD named Ron Sousa.

I have to tell you that this is MY creation and this discusting SHAMELESS bastard steal it and upload it as his creation!

I've already upload it in AvSim.com few days before! You can check it in the following link:

This SHAMELESS BASTARD (I cannot even present him as "sir") used my creation to be a "smart boy" in front of his friends...what a pitty!!! He did not even change the contents...(!!!). He is so SMART BOY that he removed my "read me" file and add one of his own!!!

As you might understand this is a TOTAL brake in the international Law of Copyright! Even the bmp files are just the same...! Please feel free to check it if you like...

So, shame on him! Shame on this cruel BASTARD!

Nick. I fully understand your feelings as the same thing has happened to me in the past. Taking credit for another person's work is beneath contempt. IMHO  >:(
I suggest you mail the webmaster Pete Daly direct, with details of the problem. pete@simviation.com
I'm sure he will remove the offending file or - even better - replace it with your own original version.  ;)

I've already had an e-mail conversation with SimViation's webmaster. He understands the situation 100% (as he told me he is already a victim of a situation like this before...) and he promised me that he is going to remove the file at once.

I personaly thank him for his actions  :)

Please copy that name RON SOUSA...and beware of this guy to the future. He is one of the most unfaithfull people between our FS comunity!
