Flight Sim Panel Studio

Postby Flying Trucker » Wed Feb 07, 2018 2:24 pm

Good afternoon all:

So far we have another foot of lovely snow...it started snowing about 6am this morning and still at it.

Well I tried to add the HSI from the Cessna 172 to the Carenado Archer 11...
Completely forgot that the Archer only has a Virtual Cockpit so could not SWAP the Gauge.

Thought about redoing the entire Panel but that probably can't be done either.

I added an Autopilot but without the HSI with a Heading Bug it just does not work right.

Anyone have any suggestions :?:
Cheers...Happy Landings...Doug

Good morning all... <<q

Well managed to get a Horizontal Situation Indicator Pop Up to use with the Pop Up Autopilot
Carenado Archer 11 is now more versatile for long cross country flights.
Oh and the Carenado Archer only has a Virtual Cockpit.

Trying to add the same to the Carenado Cessna 172 on Floats and the Cessna 172 on Wheel Skis along with the Carenado C152.
These 3 simulated aircraft have 2D and Virtual Cockpits

I can't get FS Panel Studio to add these two items....Strange

I really believe that FS Panel Studio needs to be rethought to make it more user friendly.

I even took the Panel and Aircraft CFG. Files and placed them on the Desktop...made changes and replaced
Got all kinds of Errors when FSX started up...Mostly like Aircraft needed their own Title or something like that

Had to Delete all three simulated aircraft and reinstall...FSX works fine again

Is there another program that would do this for me that anyone knows about :?:
Cheers...Happy Landings...Doug
