activating dll.xml in windows 7?

I hope I'm not asking a question that everyone is tired of answering. I tried to search, but came up empty. Can anyone point me to the path for SDK's dll.xml using Windows 7 Ultimate? I am trying to install JF's Traffic 360. It requires SDK be installed and I cannot find the dll.xml per the path specified (<Drive>:\Documents and Settings\<alias>\Application Data\Microsoft\FSX ). Last time I did this it was on a machine that ran XP and I remember that the path was specified differently. I assume that either that is my problem again, or that I have to somehow unhide the file in Windows 7, or both. I just got a new computer after my old one bit the dust nearly a year ago and I haven't any Windows 7 experience to draw on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That did it. Thanks, Captain.

I did have to unhide all folders, files, drives, etc, for anyone else who comes looking later.
