Custom mesh after autogen

Postby stasulos » Fri Sep 07, 2012 10:00 am

I a scenery with custom mesh. Since it uses the custom mesh, many autogen objects, which are beyond the initial 4.5 (or whatever is set in the terrain settings in fsx.cfg) display radius, are placed at incorrect altitude (i.e. in the air). For some reason the autogen places objects on the stock mesh first and then when custom mesh is overlayed with different elevations - the objects stay at stock altitude (in the air and presumably underground).

Any way to fix this weird "Pandora effect"?
