Airport Design Editor

Can someone please tell me the paths to;
FSX compiler
FsxShp2Vec
Airport Design Editor requires them to work in FSX.
I've done a search on my hard drive and come up with nothing.

Edit.
I think I may have jumped the gun here. Would I be right in thinking that I need to intall the SDK package from the original discs before I can find what I'm looking for. If so some advice would be nice.

Zaphod.

Yes, they are installed with the SDK.

Once the SDK is installed running the Owl Tools-ADE9x Environment Checker or the New User Wizard, should find them thru registry keys.

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.

Thanks Dave.
Is there an idiots guide to installing the sdk? I'm using FSX Gold Edition and Acceleration pack.
