What would be the easiest utility to use to add paved areas in and around an airport. (like driveways, roads, parking lots etc)

You don't say which sim..these are what I use..

FS9-If the area is flat and level with the airport you can use Afcad or ADE taxiways and aprons. If not, then SBuilder v1.05 rev 6 to draw textured lines and polys.

For FSX-ADE for taxiways and aprons and it can also do textured lines and polys in FSX. Or SBuilderX.

ADE-http://www.airportdesigneditor.co.uk/ade_003.htm

Sbuilder for FS2004 or FSX-http://www.ptsim.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=category&layout=blog&id=40&Itemid=18

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.
