Exclude/Flatten for Windows 7

Hi all.
Can somebody recommend a flatten/exclude program for FS9 which will run under Windows 7. I have tried Flatex and Excbuilder and they both return error messages when opening concerning COMCTL.32.OCX and COMDLG32.OCX respectively.
I'm using a new computer and a new OS and am slowly trying to return my FS9 to how it was under Windows XP.

Any help appreciated.
