If I want to change the AP on an aircraft to Garmin 530;
What all must I do??
Any advise??

Do you have the actual gauge?
And is this for a 2D or 3D cockpit?

Locate an Aircraft fitted with the Garmin 530 Gauge, and note the entries necessary in the panel.cfg notepad file.
Apply similar entries in the Aircraft panel.cfg notepad file of your choice, replacing the existing arrangement.

Don't forget to save a copy of the file first!.

Make a study of various Aircraft panel.cfg files to see what is involved... ;)...!

Yes, the gauge is on one of my planes.  ...and I'm interested for for 2D panel.

Yes, I can re-study the .cfg, but don't really know what I'm doing.  We'll see.

The Garmin 530 is a GPS, not an Autopilot (AP)...  :D

The Garmin 530 is a GPS, not an Autopilot (AP)...
