Is there an AFCAD verision for FSX yet? All I can find is FS2004 AFCAD.

You must have the FSX SDK installed, comes with FSX Deluxe or Gold.

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.
